Hi, I'm Becky.
I've been training women in the Hills District for 8 years. I know that starting — or starting again — is the hardest part.
My classes are small by design, so I can give you the attention you need, correct your form, and adjust for what your body needs that day. I'm a Women's Health and Performance Coach and Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer.
But mostly I'm someone who will show up for you every session, know your name on day one, challenge and push you at the right time and level.
Our classes offer one on one support in a small group environment so you feel valued and get results.

What to Expect
