Hi I'm Becky and my aim is to help busy women and mums feel strong and energised from the inside out. Focusing on training, nutrition and mindset to create a balanced healthy lifestyle you are proud of.

  • You’re not sure where to start and need motivation to prioritise your health 

  • Your keen to exercise outdoors and love the idea of being in the park 

  • You have children (of any age), are pregnant, or even a fur baby mum 

  • You need a place were you can exercise and bring your kids if you need to 

  • You would love to connect with other women and Mums in your area 

  • You’re nervous about getting back into exercise after having a baby or it has been a while 

  • Are keen to prioritise yourself so you can look and feel good from the inside out

Our outdoor sessions are capped at just 10 per session which is great for getting to know each other AND ensuring you still get the 1on1 support you need while in a group environment. 

 

Where: Sessions will be held in the beautiful fresh air at Hills Centenary Park corner of Commercial & Withers Road.

 

Length of sessions: 30 - 45 minutes depending on the class

 

About: As Women's Health and Performance Coach and Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer, I’m passionate about helping women and Mums get strong from the inside out, no matter what level you're starting from. 

We will work on core/pelvic floor connection, strength and cardio. 

 

Are kids welcome? Of course, babies and kids of any age are very welcome.
